Building Effective Supervisor-Supervisee Relationships

This tool is designed to help spervisee and supervisory team set expectations. 

The supervisory team and the supervisee should complete the questionnaire independently, and then have a discussion around the answers in the a supervisory meeting, deciding on appropriate actions to take. 

The tool will help guide the discussion and ensure that everyone is on the same page.

The tool is an adaptation of the Build Effective Reliationships Tool used at the University of Bath (https://www.bath.ac.uk/publications/building-effective-relationships-tool/), which is itself adapted from Kiley, M. & Cadman, K.
